AZURA Preparative LC - Modules
The aim of preparative HPLC is to isolate the maximum amount of a certain product at a desired purity in a minimum of time. It ranges from the purification of milligrams for further investigation up to production scale purifications.
The requirements for a preparative HPLC system differ from analytical systems regarding sensitivity, flow rates, and robustness. The main difference however, is the fraction collection control: it is crucial for the quality of the product.
- The AZURA Preparative HPLC series stands for a complete range of preparative high pressure gradient HPLC systems for purification of mg and gram samples.
The AZURA P 2.1L pumps cover a wide flow rate range and pressure capabilities. The multifunctional AZURA element ASM 2.1L can contain three integrated modules for automatic injection and fraction collection. The fractionation valve enables sample fractionation without an additional fraction collector. Large sample volumes can be applied automatically via the integrated feed pump. - Contichrom® is a preparative liquid chromatography system designed for discovery, process development and scale-up, offering great flexibility in process choices.
