The Sedex 90 Light Scattering Detector has the highest sensitivity of the ELSD Sedex family thanks to a 10mW - 405 nm laser light scource.
Sedere’s unique Low-Temperature-Technology allows outstanding analytical results to be achieved with this detector. As an universal detector, an ELSD offers numerous possibilities for detecting substances that have few or no chromophores (carbohydrates, proteins, peptides, polymers, lipids, steroids, etc.). Since the eluents are evaporated, the use of non-UV-compatible solvents poses no problems and the ELSD is gradient compatible.
